## About

As **Founding Software Engineer at NextGen-CTO**, I build an **ed-tech platform** end to end: an LMS plus two admin dashboards, **2M+ requests a month at 99.9% uptime**, zero critical incidents.

I'm a **Computer Science graduate** with a soft spot for fundamentals: **DSA, OOP, and code that's still clean a year later**.

Backend-first: **Node.js, FastAPI, REST APIs, PostgreSQL and Supabase**, schemas, auth, RBAC, payments, and the indexing and pagination that keep dashboards fast.

Every commit faces **5000+ automated tests** through a pre-commit hook, so regressions are caught before they reach the repository.

Before this, I built a **real-time voice bot at Hexagon** and spent a summer in **Amazon's ML Summer School**. I like shipping, learning, and the details that make products feel effortless.

### NextGen-CTO

**Founding Software Engineer** — Full-time, Remote · May 2026 – Present · 6 months

- Architected and built 3 applications as the startup's sole engineer: a Learning Management System and two administrative dashboards, owning system architecture, database design, full-stack development, testing, deployment, and production operations.
- Optimized REST API performance under heavy traffic by identifying 2–3-second latency spikes through k6 load testing, then adding caching, pagination, and response compression to reduce backend overhead and improve scalability.
- Built and operated production backend systems supporting 2M+ monthly requests with Node.js, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, SQL, and Supabase.
- Engineered Git-triggered CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates: linting, TypeScript type checking, production builds, and automated test suites that catch regressions early and reduce manual verification.
- Delivered end-to-end full-stack applications with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, implementing authentication, analytics, payment integrations, dashboards, and core product workflows.
- Owned technical architecture and engineering decisions: technology selection, system design, infrastructure planning, performance optimization, production debugging, and turning business requirements into engineering execution.
- Represented NextGen CTO as a technical speaker at college workshops, teaching Agentic Coding, AI-Assisted Development, Context Engineering, Agent Harnesses, PRD-Driven Development, and Multi-Agent Workflows.
- Contributed to technical recruitment and engineering knowledge sharing through candidate evaluations, code reviews, technical documentation, and onboarding resources.

Meeting sessions, squads, dashboards, and tracking sheets, plus an Excel/CSV ingestion engine, FCM notifications, and Razorpay payments. Handled 8,000+ page visits on Vercel, kept fast with indexing, pagination, and caching.

### LegalEase AI

*Legal Assistant · Built*

An AI legal assistant where users upload PDFs and ask questions, powered by the Gemini API with plain-language answers, clause extraction, risk highlighting, and summarization. An audio diarization and role-labeling pipeline turns courtroom recordings into structured, speaker-wise insights.
